The Schorfheide lock is located at kilometer 32.65 on the Upper Havel waterway in the extreme southwest of the Uckermark district in northern Brandenburg . It was built in 1965 and modernized in 2002/2003.

The Schorfheide lock has a usable chamber length of 50.00 meters and a chamber width of 5.58 meters. The drop height is 0.39 meters. After a modernization it works in automatic mode or has to be operated by yourself.
