The Regow lock , formerly officially called the Regower lock , is located at kilometer 42.18 on the Upper Havel waterway at the Regow lock yard in the town of Lychen in the Uckermark district in northern Brandenburg . It was built between 1866 and 1869 and renovated in 1966.
Building
The Regow lock has a usable chamber length of 42.15 meters and a chamber width of 5.5 meters. The fall height is 0.77 meters. After a modernization it works in automatic mode or has to be operated by yourself.
