Black crowd MC

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Black Schar MC (abbreviation S 19 ) was a German outlaw motorcycle club . The Mother Chapter in Wismar , founded on December 1, 2008, was banned on December 13, 2013 on the basis of association law by the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Ministry of the Interior and Sport .

history

The Schwarze Schar MC, named after a volunteer corps of the same name from the Napoleonic War , was founded on December 8, 2008 in Wismar. The members were recruited at the beginning of the former neo - camaraderie "werewolves Wismar". The president was Philip Schlaffer , owner of a werewolf shop, who became known in 2006 through an Internet video in which several members armed with clubs tried to take action against anti-fascist demonstrators on the sidelines of a demonstration and were prevented from doing so by the police with guns drawn. Schlaffer also headed the right-wing extremist scene shipping company Totenkopf. In the vicinity of the comradeship and the shop there was a murder of a member of the scene on New Year 2007.

The club was emphatically apolitical and tried to improve its image through various reports, including in Vice and Spiegel Online . In the reports, the club stated that it had finished with the right-wing extremist scene, but that it had acknowledged its “being German” and only accepted German members. In his book Blood Must Flow, journalist Thomas Kuban revealed the right-wing extremist backgrounds, and the daily newspaper also published a critical article.

The club was seen as a violent outlaw motorcycle gang, which was particularly active in organized crime in the context of apartment prostitution. There was also the “Black Jäger” supporter club. On July 1, 2013, a Nomads chapter and a German umbrella organization were founded. On July 9th, the Wismar Chapter announced that the club was "frozen". The police suspected that the club wanted to anticipate a club ban.

On the basis of association law, the club and its supporter club Schwarze Jäger were banned. The Minister of the Interior justified his decision with various violent crime cases that were committed by the members. The worst case: On the sidelines of a city festival at the end of 2008, a man was stabbed and seriously injured by a member of the club with a knife after a scuffle. What will happen to the other two clubs is currently unclear. The use of the club's markings or the establishment of successor organizations in Wismar is prohibited due to the association ban.

In 2014, two members were arrested with 253 g of cocaine . In this context, the former leader Philip Schlaffer was also questioned. On December 17, 2014, Schlaffer was sentenced to two years and 10 months in prison by the Schwerin district court for illicit drug trafficking. In the process he had made a partial confession. A trial of four other members of the black crowd before the same court also ended with prison sentences, one for parole was suspended.
