SRA

The Secretaría de la Reforma Agraria (SRA) was the political "secretariat (of the government) for agricultural reform " in Mexico from 1970 to 2013 , comparable to a corresponding state ministry.

In order to fulfill its tasks, it is divided into the sub-secretariats for the “Order of Land Property” ( Spanish : Ordenamiento de la Propiedad Rural ) and for “Sector Policy” (Spanish: Subsecretaría de Política Sectorial ).

The SRA is also responsible for the National Agricultural Registration Office / Agricultural Administration ( Registro Agrario Nacional, la Procuraduría Agraria ) and the National Fund for the Promotion of Community Property ( Fondo Nacional de Fomento Ejidal ).
