The Silberkauler Siefen is a river between Oberheide in Bergisch Gladbach and Broichhausen in the municipality of Kürten . It is a good two kilometers long, western and orographically right tributary of the Dürschbach . The Silberkauler Siefen takes its name from the former mine in Silberkaule .

The Silberkauler Siefen rises in the village of Oberheide at an altitude of 230  m above sea level. NHN and then flows to the northwest through agricultural or forestry areas. It flows through a pond in a forest near Hasselsheide . At Broichhausen it flows into the Dürschbach from the right. The stream has a larger nameless backwater.

The catchment area is in the Bärbroicher Höhe natural area and completely in the area of ​​the municipality of Kürten and the city of Bergisch Gladbach. It is drained to the North Sea via Dürschbach, Sülz , Agger , Sieg and Rhine .
