The 2006/2007 season of the Far East Cup in cross-country skiing began in Otoineppu on December 26, 2006. It ended on January 9, 2007 in Sapporo . There were a total of six races for men and women, most of which were won by Japanese athletes. There were three different venues. In the Far East Cup, which took place in previous years, but rather loosely, there was an overall ranking for the first time. This won the two Japanese Masaaki Kōzu and Madoka Natsumi .
The tables show the final results of the overall standings as well as the three best athletes in each race. Although foreign athletes also took part in the competitions, only the cross-country skiers from East Asian countries were included in the rating. The Japanese athletes dominated, finishing 15 out of 18 possible podium positions per gender. The three remaining podium results were achieved by the Chinese cross-country skiers at their home race in Changchun . South Korean Lee Chae-won was the only non-Japanese athlete to make it into the top ten overall.
