Solon was a Swedish manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company Solon AB was founded in 1991 in Varberg established for the production of automobiles after the company's founder in since 1988 Karlstad with prototypes experimented. Later the move to Uddevalla took place . In 1995 production was discontinued after only a few copies.

vehicles

Sports cars with electric and hybrid drives were produced . Only one copy of the first two-seater model SX 2 was made. The 2000 followed in 1992 , with three seats next to each other. A four-seater followed in 1994.

A vehicle of this brand can be viewed at the Tekniska museet in Stockholm .
