The Sony α3000 (or Sony Alpha 3000 ) is a digital SLR-style mirrorless camera from the Sony α series . The model with internal number ILCE-3000 was announced on August 27, 2013.

In Australia , Mexico , Russia and the EMEA (economic area) the α3000 was replaced in March 2015 by the Sony α3500, which is identical but is sold with a cheaper kit lens.
