The flat-roofed nave with the attached choir is covered by a ribbed vault. The sacristy is located in the basement of the tower.

The wall paintings from 1595 were exposed again in 1964. They represent the Passion of Christ, St. George , the Last Judgment , the transfiguration and adoration of Christ.

The baroque high altar with a rococo figure of the Archangel Michael was created by Johann Baptist Straub . Next to it are the figures of John the Baptist and St. Helena . The pulpit from the 17th century is the work of Hans Probst .

In a niche on the north wall there is the figure of Anna herself from the beginning of the 16th century.
