The Stefan Liv Memorial Trophy (until 2013: Slutspelets MVP ) is an ice hockey trophy that is awarded annually to the most valuable player of the play-offs in the Svenska Hockeyligan . The award has existed since 2010 and is awarded annually by the Swedish Ice Hockey Players Association (SICO) as the Swedish equivalent of the North American Conn Smythe Trophy .

Since 2013, the trophy has been named after the Swedish ice hockey goalkeeper Stefan Liv , who was killed in a plane crash near Yaroslavl in September 2011. It led the HV71 to three Swedish championship titles in its career and recorded four shutouts in the 2004 final series .
