Stephan Rottkamp
Stephan Rottkamp (born May 23, 1971 ) is a German theater director .
He studied theater studies and modern German literature in Munich . He then worked as assistant director at the Bavarian State Theater in Munich and at the Burgtheater in Vienna , with Andreas Kriegenburg and Peter Zadek , among others .
He had his own productions at the Burgtheater , the Thalia Theater (Hamburg) , the Münchner Kammerspiele , the Schauspielhaus Bochum , Residenztheater Munich, Staatstheater Braunschweig , Schauspiel Hannover, the Staatstheater Stuttgart , the Theater Freiburg and the Schauspielhaus Graz .
From 2006 to 2010 he was the lead director at the Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus .
