history
Today 79 people live in the village, which was once a manor . On July 30, 1416, the village was first mentioned in a document. A grinding mill and a saw mill belonged to the Struthmill . In 1650 the miller "uff der Struth" was first mentioned in a document. When the miller joined the LPG , he focused on the shot business. 200 tons of grain could be processed monthly. 500 cubic meters of wood were cut to meet the needs of the population. With the reunification, the shotgun came to a standstill. The owner now only ran the sawmill. The brother traded in feed until 2007. The Struthmühle is the only sawmill on the tributaries of the Auma that is still working. Parish belongs to Köfeln . The place is still dominated by agriculture.
