Susan Ebrahimi (born January 30th in Saarbrücken ) is a songwriter and pop singer living in Germany with Persian - Austrian roots.

Life

Born and raised in Saarbrücken, where she still lives today, Ebrahimi has an Iranian father ( Mahmud Ebrahimi-Nejad (* 1939)) and an Austrian mother. Her father, descendant of a Persian aristocratic family , was sent to Germany in 1960 to study medicine . There he met his future Austrian wife. Ebrahimi describes herself as a Persian princess .

Starting at the age of 9, she completed a French convent school and then trained as a graphic artist in Germany . Her knowledge of the French language resulted from this time. After completing her training, Ebrahimi opened her own graphics and design studio. She came to music through an encounter with the composer and music producer Willy Klüter . At the end of June 2009 she appeared on the program ZDF-Fernsehgarten and in September 2009 she was seen in the MDR program by Uta Bresan The Show in the Zoo . From the Congress Centrum Suhl the MDR broadcast an appearance in November 2010 in the show Schlager des Jahres 2010 and in December of the same year in its show All Years Again ... “Celebrity Santas” pack out another one.

Ebrahimi has now written texts for Klüter and Uwe Haselsteiner . In 2011 Ebrahimi founded her own publishing company called Blue Lemuria Music and a year later in 2012 with Klondike Records, her record label. Some of their titles have already achieved first placements in the German airplay charts, and many were featured on the Schlager online magazine smago! (see smago! Award ).

In 2016 she released her sixth studio album with Grün . Besides Willy Klüter wrote for Green and Stefan Zauner and Uwe Busse each song. Green was presented in April 2016 at Antenne Brandenburg in the program Sonntagsvergnügen and at the station hr4 in the 21. KW / 2016 as “album of the week”. In addition, after the album was released, she was a guest on the SWR4 broadcasters in Baden-Württemberg and Rhineland-Palatinate. The Belgian radio broadcaster BRF2 also reported in the series Künstlertreff in July 2016. Also in July 2016, an episode of the good mood TV series Schlager XXL was dedicated to her.

Ebrahimi is divorced and has a son and a daughter.
