Sven Jung (born January 5, 1995 in Oberthal ) is a Swiss ice hockey player . He is in the HC Davos squad in the National League .

career

Jung, whose maternal family is of Swedish descent, played in the junior sections of EHC Brandis and SC Langnau . In the summer of 2010 he went to Canada to the Notre Dame Argos Midget in the SMHL junior league, where he played until 2013. At the beginning of the 2013/14 season he was in the roster of the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees in the US Junior League NAHL , but only made a few appearances due to a shoulder injury before joining HC Davos in November 2013 . In the following season 2014/15 he made his debut for HCD in the National League A (NLA) and was sent to SC Bern on loan during the season , for which he played two league and one cup games.
