Career

Marc Wieser in the dress of the EHC Biel

Marc Wieser began his career in 2003/04 with the Elite A-Juniors of HC Davos . In the 2005/06 season he made his debut in National League A for Davos, but otherwise continued to play for the juniors. In the 2006/07 season he was a permanent member of the NLA squad of the HCD during the playoffs. In April 2007 he and his teammates won the Swiss championship . In addition to his assignments at HC Davos, he also played a few games for EHC Visp in the National League B in 2006/07 .

In the summer of 2007, Marc Wieser signed a two-year contract with Visp, but this was terminated at the request of the HCD. Wieser then signed a contract with HC Davos until the end of the 2008/09 season and scored his first NLA goal on December 7, 2007 in the game against the ZSC Lions . In the 2011/12 season, Wieser moved to EHC Biel . He developed into a leading player there, was regularly one of the best point collectors and therefore played a decisive role in Biel's first play-off qualification since the resurgence. After initially extending his contract in 2012, he returned to his home club before the 2014/15 season.
