The Swiss Helicopter AG is a Swiss airline and flight school based in Chur offering, which was founded in 2012 and helicopter services.
history
In July 2012 the companies Heliswiss , Air Grischa, Bohag, Eliticino, Heli Gotthard and Rhein Heli merged to form the new Swiss Helicopter AG.
Services
Passenger transport
Swiss Helicopter carries out sightseeing flights, film and photo flights, wedding flights as well as taxi and VIP flights. Heliskiing and skydiving from a helicopter are also offered at several bases .
Transport flights
Swiss Helicopter offers material transport, concrete and gravel transport, hut supply , heli-logging , installation of power or cable car lines, ski lifts, mountain railways, power poles and transmission towers. Relief, rescue and disaster operations are also carried out. The sister company, Heliswiss International AG , is responsible for heavy cargo transport flights up to 5 tons .
Flight school
Swiss Helicopter operates a flight school recognized by the Federal Office for Civil Aviation, a so-called ATO (Approved Training Organization). You can be trained as a helicopter pilot or complete various advanced training courses.
Use of drones
With the SDO 50 V2 helicopter drone from Swissdrones Operating AG , Swiss Helicopter offers complementary options for supplementing manned applications of on-board or ground systems.
Maintenance
The sister company, Swiss Helicopter Maintenance AG , is responsible for helicopter maintenance and airworthiness management (CAMOplus) .
