Tatjana Logwin ( Russian Татьяна Логвин , Ukrainian Тетяна Логвін, Tetjana Logwin ; born August 25, 1974 in Zaporizhia , Ukrainian SSR ) is an Austrian handball player of Ukrainian origin.
Career
Logwin often played in the backcourt or on the wing . The attack game was mostly designed for her, she was also considered an excellent seven-meter shooter . Tatjana Logwin came to Südstadt in 1997 to join the Champions League series winner Hypo Niederösterreich at the time . In her first season in Austria she also won the Champions League. In the same year she took the Austrian citizenship and played for the national team , where she reached 4th place at the 1998 European Championship in the Netherlands. In 1999 she was third with Austria at the World Cup in Norway. In the small final, the Romanian team was defeated. In the summer of 2000 she took part in the Olympic Games in Sydney .
In 2000 Tatjana Logwin was able to win the Champions League for the second time with Hypo Niederösterreich, after only having to admit defeat to the Hungarians by Dunaferr SE by one goal in 1999 . In the final, she was able to prevail with the Lower Austrians in the scandalous game against Kometal Gjorče Petrov Skopje . From this title win, however, no major international title win should succeed.
In the summer of 2003, Logwin is preparing for the coming season with Hypo. At a training camp she disappeared unannounced and was introduced the following day as a new addition to Krim Ljubljana . The Slovenians made it to the finals in 2004, where Slagelse DT had to admit defeat. However, Tatjana Logwin returned to Hypo Niederösterreich during the winter break in 2004. Then she ran between 2006 and 2009 for the Danish first division club Aalborg DH . From March 2009 to the end of the 2008/09 season, she ran for the Danish second division team TST Hjørring. Logwin was under contract with the Italian club La Verde Vita Sassari from November 2009. In the 2010/11 season Logwin went hunting for goals for the Danish third division team Vesthimmerland.
Logwin trained the FFI Håndbold U18 team from May 2011. She also coached the Danish third division club Vendsyssel Håndbold , whose parent club is FFI Håndbold. Logwin worked as a trainer at Vendsyssel Håndbold until November 2012, with whom she was promoted to the second highest division in 2012. Logwin then made her comeback as a player for Vendsyssel and resigned from her coaching position. In December 2012, the Austrian left Vendsyssel Håndbold and became assistant coach to the Danish first division club Aalborg DH. After Aalborg DH fired its trainer in April 2013, Logwin took over as coach. In December 2017 she took over the coaching position of the German second division club HL Buchholz 08-Rosengarten , which she gave up after a few months. In April 2018 she took over the Neckarsulmer Sport Union . From the 2018/19 season she coached SV Union Halle-Neustadt . She has been training for the Neckarsulmer Sport Union since summer 2020.
Her daughter Kristina also plays handball.
