Thomas Heurtel (born April 10, 1989 in Béziers ) is a French basketball player .

career

Heurtel made the leap from youth to professional team in the 2007/08 season at Élan Béarnais Pau-Lacq-Orthez . He made his breakthrough in the French premier league in the following game year 2008/09, when the playmaker scored an average of 10 points per match and prepared 6.2 basket hits for his side men. However, he was relegated with Pau-Orthez from the league, Heurtel was obliged by ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne , but immediately awarded to league rivals Strasbourg IG . After a year in Strasbourg, ASVEL again agreed a loan agreement for Heurtel, with the Spanish first division club CB Lucentum Alicante . National team

With the French U20 selection, he was third in the 2009 European Championship for this age group.
