Thomas Mann (* 27. September 1991 in Portland , Oregon ) is an American actor who primarily for his starring role as Thomas in Project X is known.

life and career

Thomas Mann was born in Portland , Oregon and grew up in Dallas , Texas , since he was two years old . Mann made his actor debut in 2009 on the teen sitcom iCarly , in which he played Jeffery . He was then seen in a supporting role in the television series The Middle . Shortly after moving to Los Angeles , Mann was given a supporting role in the movie It's Kind of a Funny Story as Aaron , the main character's school friend. The film, released in 2010 and shot in New York , starred Mann alongside actors such as Emma Roberts and Zach Galifianakis . In 2010 he was also cast for the film Project X , which opened in 2012 and marked the acting breakthrough for Mann. In the found-footage- style film, the man portrays Thomas Kub who, to be cool, throws a party with his friends that soon develops its own momentum and gets completely out of control. In 2012 he starred alongside Victoria Justice in Josh Schwartz's directorial debut, Fun Size , and he also took on roles in the films Hansel and Gretel: Witches Hunters and Beautiful Creatures , which hit theaters in 2013.
