The Thomasschollen nature reserve is located on the territory of the municipalities of Meißenheim and Schwanau in the Ortenau district in Baden-Württemberg .

The area extends west of the core town of Meißenheim. Not far to the west flows the Rhine and runs the state border with France . The state road L 104 runs to the east .
