action

Apparently somewhere in Africa. The driver drives a passenger who has an important, mysterious briefcase on his wrist. Suddenly an armed helicopter appears and relentlessly opens fire on the two of them. A speedy chase on land and in the air begins. When hit by a bullet, an unidentifiable liquid squirts out of the inside of the case. The passenger does not answer the question about the contents of the suitcase, nor does the question whether the liquid is of chemical or biological origin. Since the BMW Z4 is relentlessly shot at, the passenger is desperate to continue driving. The driver manages to crash the helicopter through daring maneuvers. After the crash, the driver gives the passenger a choice: The passenger tells him what is in the suitcase and the driver makes the decision whether to continue - or he puts the passenger and suitcase in the air and the (meanwhile wounded) passenger has to get by on his own. The decision of the passenger is not revealed, because the next scene makes it clear that time seems to be pressing: the driver is racing at breakneck speed over the mountainous, winding road, the engine of the crashed BMW Z4 roars - the tank is leaking and the gasoline is just enough to get to the destination 27 miles away . Once there, both are met by armed guards who immediately surround the car. The driver - now in possession of the suitcase - is carried away by a bodyguard and led into a large hall with a provisional but well-equipped hospital. Several bodyguards and uniformed soldiers are guarding this hospital and pushing back other uniformed units who obviously intend to stop the courier with the suitcase. It turns out that the suitcase contains a donor heart intended for an important political figure. Doctors take the heart out of the case and stabilize it in a special "cooling compartment"; the patient is prepared for the transplant. Only now is the passenger's decision shown: The passenger says that there is human life in the suitcase for the great man who has kept peace in the country for five decades . He goes on to say that if they fail, his adversaries would seize power and tyranny over the country. The film ends when the completely exhausted and distraught driver gets back into his badly damaged car.
