Caesarea in Mauretania ( Italian : Cesarea di Mauretania ) is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .
The city of Caesarea , located in North Africa , was an old Roman bishopric that went under in the 7th century with the Islamic expansion . It was in the Roman province of Mauretania Caesariensis .
