Tobias M. Walter

Tobias M. Walter (* 1984 in Leverkusen ) is a German actor and reciter .

Life

Tobias M. Walter grew up in his birthplace Leverkusen and attended the Freiherr-vom-Stein-Gymnasium there . From 2005 to 2009 he completed training as an actor at the Drama School Siegburg in North Rhine-Westphalia Siegburg . With the theater pedagogue and singer Ulrike Joannou-Mittag, who worked there, Walter took lessons in voice training and singing from 2001 until the end of his acting training in 2009 . He received dance training from Suheyla Ferwer and took part in dance workshops . In 2009 he attended a film and camera workshop with Bettina Eberhard and Ulrike Schwab. During his acting training in Siegburg, he was a member of the ensemble of the school's private theater, the Siegburg studio stage .

After completing his acting training in 2009, Walter toured with Konzertdirektion Landgraf through Germany and Austria and appeared on stage in several German-language premieres . Since the 2010/2011 season until today he has been a member of the acting ensemble of the Hessisches Landestheater Marburg in Marburg . He also makes regular guest appearances at song evenings and readings .

His directors include Hansjörg Betschart , Volker Maria Engel , Lars Reichow , André Rößler , Stephan Suschke and Krzysztof Zanussi . He played the role of Marquis von Posa in Don Karlos by Friedrich Schiller (2011), in Aus der Mitte der Gesellschaft by Marc Becker and Mamma Medea by Tom Lanoye (both 2012), the cook in Fatzer by Bertolt Brecht (2013) - The Marburg production by Stephan Suschke was also invited to the Third Mülheim Fatzer Days 2013 in Mülheim an der Ruhr ( Ringlokschuppen ) - Purl Schweitzke in Some Messages to Space by Wolfram Lotz (2013) and the main role of the horse dealer Michael Kohlhaas in Heinrich von Kleist's Michael Kohlhaas (2013).

Incidentally operates Walter endurance performance sport in amateur and it also writes regularly in his own blog everything remains otherwise he operates since 2003 and in which he is employed in addition to various blog posts and comments with the so-called by him "Pragmatismuspoesie". He also writes poetry and published a selection of his poems in 2010.

Tobias M. Walter lives in Marburg and Cologne .
