Tomislav "Toni" Bevanda (* 1961 ) is a Croatian basketball coach and former player.

Career

As a player, Bevanda was part of the squad of KK Cibona and KK Split in the 1980s, which were then top European players. With KK Cibona from Zagreb he won the European Cup Winners' Cup in 1982 . After finishing his studies, Bevanda became at home in Germany in 1990 and trained as a player-coach for BSV Wulfen in the then third-class regional league . He then coached the clubs VfL Bochum, TSV Quakenbrück and TuS Lichterfelde in the 2nd basketball league . From 2003 he coached various clubs in Europe, including the women's Bundesliga club BG Dorsten in the first half of 2006 , with whom he became German runner-up. After working in Luxembourg and in the 2007/08 season for the Finnish first division club from Karkkila , which was only second to last in the table, Bevanda, who lives in Münster, took over again in the Ruhr area at ProB in the first half of 2009 - Ligist Hertener Löwen active.
