Tsirang ( རྩི་ རང་ རྫོང་ ཁག་ ), formerly Chirang , is one of the 20 dzongkhag (districts) of Bhutan . It has an area of 638.8 km² with a population of 20,576 people (2011). The main place is called Damphu .
