Arp 183 = UGC 8560 is a spiral galaxy in the constellation Hounds . At one end of one of its arms is the galaxy LEDA 1944566 . Halton Arp organized his catalog of unusual galaxies into groups according to purely morphological criteria. This galaxy belongs to the class of narrow filament galaxies .
