Ulrichshausen is a district of the municipality of Wörnitz in the district of Ansbach in Middle Franconia .

geography

The village lies on the upper Wörnitz . The village of Großulrichshausen was to the left of the Wörnitz, the hamlet of Kleinulrichshausen to the right of the Wörnitz. In the east is the Ulrichshausener Berg ( 529 m above sea level ), which is an elevation of the Sulzachrand heights, which in turn represent a section of the Frankenhöhe .

The district road AN 4 leads to Waldhausen (1.7 km south) or the state road 2419 crosses to Dombühl (2.5 km north-west). A community road leads to the district road AN 5 (1.3 km west) between Bösennördlingen (0.8 km north) and Mühlen (1.4 km south). From this community road branches off 0.1 km north of a community road that leads to Morrieden to the AN 5 (1.2 km north).

history

In 1802 there were nine households in the village, all of which were subject to the imperial city of Rothenburg .

With the community edict (early 19th century) Groß- and Kleinulrichshausen were assigned to the tax district and the rural community of Wörnitz.
