The Blood of the Earth is a German TV film by Andreas Herzog from 2012 . It is the nineteenth episode of the ZDF crime film series Unter Verdacht with Senta Berger as Dr. Eva Maria Prohacek in the lead role.

action

The water works chief Tony Schiermeier notices that he was the victim of a break-in that resulted in an exchange of fire. When he finds a projectile in his front yard that can clearly be assigned to a police weapon, he is sure. Schiermeier's friend is the superior of the lead investigator Dr. Eva Maria Prohacek and André Langner. In their investigations, Prohacek and Langner uncover the shortcomings in the water quality. Critical voices had already been heard from the factory.
