Vasilios Dedidis ( Greek Βασίλειος Δεδίδης , also Vasileios Dedidis ; born January 10, 2000 in Weimar ) is a Greek - German football player .

Career

He started playing soccer in the summer of 2007 in the youth department of FC Carl Zeiss Jena . After playing 44 games in the B and A Junior Bundesliga for his club , he also made his first appearances in the senior division in the 2nd team in the Oberliga Nordost . For Jena II he played 18 league games in which he scored twelve goals until the nationwide game operations were interrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic in mid-March 2020. At the beginning of June 2020, Dedidis was appointed by head coach Kenny Verhoene as part of an internal restructuring measure together with five other top division players in the third division squad, which was able to participate in the league again.
