Vedtofte Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Fyn ( German : Funen ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Båg Herred in what was then Odense Amt , then to Glamsbjerg Municipality in Fyns Amt , which was merged into Assens Municipality in the Syddanmark region on January 1, 2007 as part of local government reform .

214 inhabitants live in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the church "Vedtofte Kirke".

Neighboring communities are Ørsted Sogn in the north-east , Søllested Sogn in the south, Turup Sogn in the west and Barløse Sogn in the north-west .
