Hårby Kirke

Hårby Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Fyn ( German : Funen ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Haarby Herred in what was then Odense Office , then to Assens Municipality in Fyns Office , which was merged into the "new" Assens municipality in the Syddanmark region on January 1, 2007 as part of the local government reform .

The parish has 3236 inhabitants, 2480 of them in the parish of Haarby (as of January 1, 2020). The church “Hårby Kirke” is located in the parish.

Neighboring municipalities are in the southeast Jordløse Sogn , in the west Dreslette Sogn , in the northwest Flemløse Sogn and in the north Køng Sogn , furthermore in the east neighboring Faaborg-Midtfyn municipality in the northeast Nørre Broby Sogn and in the east Sønder Broby Sogn .
