Kerte Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Fyn ( German : Funen ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Båg Herred in what was then Odense Amt , then to Aarup Municipality in Fyns Amt , which was merged into Assens Municipality in the Syddanmark region on January 1, 2007 as part of the municipal reform .

682 inhabitants live in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). The church "Kerte Kirke" is located in the parish.

Neighboring municipalities are in the northeast Rørup Sogn , in the east Årup Sogn and Skydebjerg Sogn , in the southeast Ørsted Sogn , in the south Barløse Sogn and in the southwest Sandager Sogn , also in the northwestern adjacent Middelfart municipality in the west Tanderup Sogn and in the north Gelsted Sogn .
