Rørup Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Fyn ( German : Funen ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Vends Herred in what was then Odense Office , then to Aarup Municipality in Fyns Office , which was merged into Assens Municipality in the Syddanmark region on January 1, 2007 as part of local government reform .

715 inhabitants live in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). The church “Rørup Kirke” is located in the parish.

Neighboring municipalities are Vissenbjerg Sogn in the east, Årup Sogn in the south and Kerte Sogn in the southwest , and Gelsted Sogn in the neighboring Middelfart municipality in the west and Fjelsted Sogn in the north .
