Nørre Broby Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Fyn ( German : Funen ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Sallinge Herred in what was then Svendborg Amt , then to Broby Kommune in Fyns Amt , which was merged into Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality in the Syddanmark region on January 1, 2007 as part of the local government reform .

2009 residents live in the parish, 1,479 of them in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). The church “Nørre Broby Kirke” is located in the parish.

Neighboring communities are in the east Vejle Sogn and in the south Sønder Broby Sogn , further in the northwest neighboring Assens municipality in the west Hårby Sogn and Køng Sogn and in the north Verninge Sogn ,
