Broby Commune was a Danish commune on the island of Funen in what was then Fyns Office until December 2006 . Since January 2007 it has been part of the newly formed Faaborg-Midtfyn municipality together with the municipalities of Faaborg , ringen , Ryslinge and Årslev .
