Årslev Municipality was until December 2006 a Danish municipality on the island of Fyn in what was then Fyns Amt . Since January 2007 it has been part of the newly formed Faaborg-Midtfyn municipality together with the municipalities of Broby , Faaborg , ringen and Ryslinge .

Årslev Municipality was created as part of the administrative reform of 1970 and included the following sogn :

• Nørre Lyndelse Sogn (Rural Municipality of Nørre Lyndelse)
• Nørre Søby Sogn (Rural Municipality of Nørre Søby)
• Rolsted Sogn (rural municipality of Rolsted)
• Sønder Nærå Sogn (rural municipality Sønder Nærå)
• Årslev Sogn (rural municipality Årslev)
