Ullerslev Kommune was until December 2006 a Danish municipality in what was then Fyns Amt in the east of the island of Funen . Since January 2007 it has been part of the new Nyborg Municipality, together with the “old” Svendborg Municipality and Ørbæk Municipality .

Ullerslev Kommune was created in the course of the Danish administrative reform of 1970 and included the following Sogn :

• Ullerslev Sogn (rural municipality Ullerslev)
• Flødstrup Sogn (rural municipality Flødstrup)
• Skellerup Sogn and Ellinge Sogn (rural municipality Skellerup-Ellinge )
