Ærøskøbing Kommune was a Danish municipality on the island of Inselrø in what was then Fyns Office until December 2005 . Since January 2006 (i.e. one year before Denmark's major administrative reform), it has been part of the newly formed Ærø municipality together with the Marstal municipality .
