Until December 2006, Ørbæk Municipality was a Danish municipality in what was then Fyns Amt in the east of the island of Fyn ( English : Fyn ). Since January 2007 it has been part of the new Nyborg Municipality together with the “old” Nyborg Municipality and Ullerslev Municipality .

Ullerslev Kommune was created in the course of the Danish administrative reform of 1970 and included the following Sogn :

• Ellested Sogn (rural community Gislev-Ellested ; Gislev Sogn came to Ryslinge commune )
• Frørup Sogn (Frørup Rural Municipality)
• Herrested Sogn (rural community Herrested)
• Kullerup Sogn and Refsvindinge Sogn (rural municipality of Kullerup-Refsvindinge )
• Langå Sogn and Øksendrup Sogn (rural municipality Langå-Øksendrup )
• Svindinge Sogn (rural municipality Svindinge)
• Ørbæk Sogn (rural municipality Ørbæk)
