Øster Hæsinge Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Fyn ( German : Funen ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Sallinge Herred in what was then Svendborg Amt , then to Faaborg Municipality in Fyns Amt , which was merged into Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality in the Syddanmark region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

The parish has 273 residents (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the church "Øster Hæsinge Kirke".

Neighboring municipalities are Hillerslev Sogn in the northeast, Brahetrolleborg Sogn in the southeast , Svanninge Sogn in the southwest , Vester Hæsinge Sogn in the west and Sandholts Lyndelse Sogn in the northwest .
