Vejle Kirke

Vejle Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Fyn ( German : Funen ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Sallinge Herred in what was then Svendborg Amt , then to Broby Kommune in Fyns Amt , which was merged into Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality in the Syddanmark region on January 1, 2007 as part of the local government reform .

Of the 1,073 inhabitants of Vejle, 924 live in the parish of the same name (as of January 1, 2020).

Vejle Kirke church is located in the parish.

Neighboring communities are in the east Nørre Søby Sogn , in the southeast Allested Sogn , in the south Sønder Broby Sogn and in the west Nørre Broby Sogn , furthermore in the northern Odense municipality Fangel Sogn .
