Diernæs Kirke

Diernæs Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Fyn ( German : Funen ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Sallinge Herred in what was then Svendborg Amt , then to Faaborg Municipality in Fyns Amt , which was merged into Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality in the Syddanmark region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

1341 inhabitants live in the parish, 289 of them in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the church "Diernæs Kirke" and the Langdysse in Enemærket .

Neighboring municipalities are Fåborg Sogn in the west, Svanninge Sogn in the northwest , Brahetrolleborg Sogn in the northeast, Vester Åby Sogn in the east and Åstrup Sogn in the southeast .
