Sønder Højrup Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Fyn ( German : Funen ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to the Harde Vindinge Herred in what was then Svendborg Office , then to the ring municipality in the Fyns office , which was merged into the Faaborg-Midtfyn municipality in the Syddanmark region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

The parish has a population of 473 (as of January 1, 2020). The church “Sønder Højrup Kirke” is located in the parish.

Neighboring municipalities are Årslev Sogn in the north, Sønder Nærå Sogn in the north, Søllinge Sogn in the east, Rings Sogn in the south, Gestelev Sogn in the south-west and Nørre Lyndelse Sogn in the north-west .
