Horne Kirke

Horne Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Fyn ( German : Funen ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Sallinge Herred in what was then Svendborg Amt , then to Faaborg Municipality in Fyns Amt , which was merged into Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality in the Syddanmark region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

1994 residents live in the parish, 862 of them in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). The church " Horne Kirke " is located in the parish .

Since the parish is located on a peninsula between Faaborg Fjord and Helnæs Bugt , it only has two neighboring communities in the northeast: Svanninge Sogn and Fåborg Sogn .
