Håstrup Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Fyn ( German : Funen ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Sallinge Herred in what was then Svendborg Amt , then to Faaborg Municipality in Fyns Amt , which was merged into Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality in the Syddanmark region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

593 inhabitants live in the parish, 345 of them in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). The church “Håstrup Kirke” is located in the parish.

Neighboring communities are in the northeast Vester Hæsinge Sogn and in the south Svanninge Sogn , furthermore in the northwestern neighboring Assens municipality Jordløse Sogn .
