The Verkehrsverbund Mittelschwaben, or VVM for short , is a transport association in Bavaria . It includes all bus companies in the districts of Günzburg and Unterallgäu , but the local rail passenger transport of Deutsche Bahn AG and agilis Eisenbahngesellschaft mbH & Co. KG is not integrated. The association was founded in April 1995, the community tariff has been in effect since April 22, 1996. In total, around 8.31 million passengers annually use the buses in the VVM. The approximately 80 lines serve 660 stops in 327 locations every day, the total traffic volume is around 3.8 million wagon kilometers per year.
