The Weapons System Support Center 1 (WaSysUstgZ 1) is an association for operational logistics of the Air Force . It has been subordinate to the Air Force Command since July 1, 2015 and, together with Weapons System Support Center 2 (WaSysUstgZ 2) , performs logistical and system support tasks as part of the Air Force inspector's responsibility for materials.

history

Weapons System Support Center 1 was set up with effect from January 1, 2013 and succeeded Air Force Maintenance Regiment 1 (LwInsthRgt 1) , which was dissolved on December 31, 2012 . For the installation, the center not only took over staff from the dissolved LwInsthRgt 1, but also from the weapons system support center in Landsberg am Lech, which was also dissolved .

As part of the realignment of the Bundeswehr and the order to station the Bundeswehr in Germany on October 26, 2011, the following structure has been adopted so far.
