The constituency of Meissen II was a state electoral district for the state elections in Saxony in 1990 , the first state election after the re-establishment of the state of Saxony. Its constituency number was 23.

The constituency comprised part of the cities and municipalities of the district of Meißen  : Bockwen-Polenz , Burkhardswalde-Munzig , Coswig , Deutschenbora , Dörschnitz , Garsebach , Gauernitz , Heynitz , Klipphausen , Krögis , Leuben , Lommatzsch , Miltitz , Neckanitz , Nossen , Planitz-Deila , Raußlitz , Rhäsa , Röhrsdorf , Rüsseina , Scharfenberg , Schleinitz , Striegnitz , Tanneberg , Taubenheim , Wachtnitz , Weistropp , Wuhnitz and Ziegenhain .

For the 1994 state elections , the constituency structure was changed as a result of the district reform, and the number of constituencies was reduced from 80 to 60. The area of ​​the constituency of Meissen II became part of the constituency of Meissen-Dresden West in 1994 .

44,483 people were eligible to vote. The turnout was 74.1%. 2.3% of the votes cast were invalid. Karin Keller (CDU) was chosen as a direct candidate. It received 54.9% of all valid votes.
