Wauzeka is located in southwestern Wisconsin, on the north bank of the Wisconsin River , the 25 km west near Prairie du Chien in the border with Iowa forming Mississippi flows. The Illinois border is around 100 km south.
The geographical coordinates of Wauzeka are 43 ° 04'59 "north latitude and 90 ° 55'52" west longitude. The municipality extends over an area of 12.54 km² and is almost completely enclosed by the Town of Wauzeka without belonging to it.
