The Weißspitze (previously called Klexenkopf ) is 3300  m above sea level. A. high mountain in the Venediger group in East Tyrol . It is surrounded by the Frosnitzkees glaciers in the northeast, the outer Mullwitzkees in the northwest and the Zettalunitzkees in the west and the remains of the Garaneberkees in the south . The Zettalunitzkees drains into the Hinterbichler Dorfertal .

The first known tourist ascent was made on September 8, 1881 by the brothers Emil and Otto Zsigmondy via the Wallhorntörl and the Garaneberkees from the southwest to the summit, from where they continued to the Hohen Zaun ( 3451  m ).

Today's normal route to the top also leads from the north-west Defreggerhaus over the Zettalunitzkees in about two hours, or from the Eisseehütte in the south over the Garaneberkees in about four hours as a high-altitude tour to the summit. These trails are also possible as a ski tour in winter. The ridge transition to the Hohe Achsel , commonly known as the “Seekopfgrat”, leads over the Vorderen Seekopf ( 3282  m above sea level ) and the Hinteren Seekopf ( 3234  m above sea level ) to the Hohe Achsel ( 3181  m above sea level ).
